Some Cats We Have Kept ...

If you could spare a copper or two ...... we have NO PAID OFFICIALS.

ALGIE. We have had Algie from being a kitten. He was so ill with a deepset virus that the vets were unsure as to whether he would live, his mouth was so ulcerated that he couldn't eat. As you can see, he survived!

Because we had been through so much with him he stayed with us. The only problems he has now are his slightly crossed eyes! (And his fussy temperament which endears him to everyone!)

LIZZIE. She has only been with us a few months and like Algie, we didn't think she was going to be here long. When we brought her into the house she was so weak that she would collapse after eating just a few mouthfuls of food and couldn't even try the stairs.

A visit to the vet diagnosed a liver problem that seemed so bad a weekend was all we thought she'd survive . . . but she's a toughy, tablets every day and a good diet and she can now run up the stairs, no longer collapses and is a food monster!
